RMF – Regret Minimization Framework

I knew that when I was 80 I was not going to regret having tried this. I was not going to regret trying to participate in this thing called the Internet that I thought was going to be a really big deal. I knew that if I failed I wouldn’t regret that, but I knew the one thing I might regret is not ever having tried. I knew that that would haunt me every day, and so, when I thought about it that way it was an incredibly easy decision.

You should use RMF after completing each day, before to sleep, don’t wait until your 80 years jubilee. 😅

But better to use RMF before to start your day as well. You just need to project yourself at the end of the day — how and what you want to see at the end of your day?

What kind of things you have accomplished you’ll be most proud of? And do it in the morning to have a glory at the end of YOUR day. Everything is secondary.

It’s how well you executed during the day in everything: relationships, work, study, and how much fun have you had during THE DAY.
